The Print Workshop

Capacity:
Max 8 people for a workshop
Max 20 people for a tour and talk

Formerly a gymnasium, the Print Workshop was opened in 2010 to give visitors the opportunity to experience printing hands-on, to learn traditional printing techniques using items from the Foundation’s collections. The space houses a number of historic printing presses, type and printing equipment.

The workshop is perfect for team building days focusing on letterpress, wood engraving workshops or bookbinding. Our experienced tutors can cater for everyone from schools and absolute beginners to industry creatives with an established practice of their own. A full programme of events runs throughout the year and tailor-made workshops can be provided.
