Open House Festival is an annual celebration of London featuring amazing events, tours and open days of special buildings across all 33 London boroughs. With hundreds of thousands of visitors, it is the most popular event of its kind in the world.
We are proud to be taking part by opening our doors to the public with guided tours and the opportunity to see our unique building and collections up close.
Housed in a beautiful Grade II listed Victorian building since 1893, the Foundation houses an extensive library focused on print and design, a functioning printing workshop and Bridewell Theatre. Originally set up to serve the trade of nearby Fleet Street, the Foundation now offers a wide range of workshops and arts and culture events.
Visitors are invited to tour our print workshop, historic rooms, and atmospheric library. You will also have the opportunity to view items from the library collection and learn more about the Foundation and its significant place in the illustrious history of the print trade.
