Photography and reprographics
You can obtain copies of our collections for your own use either by purchasing a photography permit and photographing the items yourself or by using our reprographics services.
High resolution images of our digitised collections may be purchased where available.

Digital scans
200dpi (Fine) - £3.50
300dpi (Enhanced) - £5.00
400dpi (Super Fine) - £7.50
600dpi (Ultra Fine) - £10.00
Digitised collections
Some of our collections have been professionally digitised creating wonderful images. These can be viewed online for free.
600dpi versions of these can be purchased for £25 per image or at a concessions rate of £20 for Friends of St Bride Library or students.
Restrictions
There are restrictions to what we can and cannot copy according to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and subsequent Statutory Instruments, the most recent being the Copyright and Related Rights Regulations 2003.
This means that where these laws apply we cannot make scans of complete works and the extracts we scan must be for research purposes.
